The company has a License of the National Commission on Securities and Stock Market to carry out professional activities in the stock market - asset management activities of institutional investors (asset management activities), the decision to issue a license № 521 from 19.09.2013, license valid from 08.10. 2013 for an unlimited period.
Currently, the company cooperates with such companies as PJSC Holding Company «Kyivmiskbud», Industrial and Construction Group «Kovalska», IB Alliance and bUd development.
Within the framework of cooperation with these companies, BUDKEPITAL invests funds in the implementation of projects in the markets of residential and commercial real estate in Ukraine, as well as directly sells housing to buyers, the above developers.
