New prices for apartments in the residential complex "Green Island 2"

Dear investors,

From April 16, 2014, the cost of unsold apartments in the residential complex "Green Island 2" will increase.

For real Investors, price changes will be applied in accordance with the terms of their contracts for unpaid meters.

Investors who have signed the agreement before the entry into force of the new prices have the opportunity until April 29, 2014, inclusive to pay the balance of the agreement at current prices and

independently choose the amount of payment (the number of paid square meters at the "old" prices), but not less than the amount of payment to be made in this

period in accordance with the terms of the contract.

The price per square meter increases by 20%.
