Change of the company name to "BUDKEPITAL"

On June 19, 2015, the management body of ROSCAPITAL Asset Management Company RUSCAPITAL decided to

names of the company "ROSKAPITAL" to "BUDKEPITAL".

In connection with the adoption of this decision, the founding and registration documents of the Company were amended accordingly. So, from June 30, 2015, the name

ROSCAPITAL Asset Management Company Limited Liability Company has been replaced by ROSCAPITAL Limited Liability Company.

We draw your attention to the fact that changing the name of the company does not entail its liquidation or reorganization. Thus, all the obligations of the Company, as well as all

agreements that arose and were concluded before the change of name are valid and subject to proper execution in the future.

As the current legislation does not provide for mandatory renegotiation of contracts due to a change in the name of one of the parties, amendments to existing contracts will be

carried out in working order if necessary.
